SHIPPING

SHIPPING - RECEIVING COSTS

Before completing the order, you will be asked to choose a shipping / receiving method: A) shipping to your location throughout Greece and B) store pickup.

A) SHIPPING

Shipping of orders throughout Greece, regardless of weight and volume, is free for orders over €69.00. For orders under €69.00 the shipping cost is €3.00 for all of Greece. Shipments are delivered by partner recognized courier companies. Deliveries are made during working days.

Pay on delivery cost is 2,99€ regardless of weight and volume.

B) STORE COLLECTION

If you wish to receive it from a store, you can choose one of the following stores and after being informed by email or phone within 1-2 working days of the arrival of your order there, go to the store (store opening hours) for the receipt of your purchases. The receipt is made by showing your police ID and the order number that was sent to you at the e-mail address you indicated to us. Collections can also be made on Saturday (store hours) as long as you have been informed of the arrival of the order.

SHIPPING TIME

WE WOULD LIKE TO INFORM YOU THAT DELAYS IN DELIVERY TIMES ARE BEING OBSERVED BY TRANSPORT COMPANIES DUE TO COVID19 & HIGH VOLUME OF TRAFFIC.

Our Company processes all orders immediately, even on the same day, depending on the time they are completed. Upon their delivery to the transport company, you receive an informative email with the shipment number so that you can track the outcome of the delivery directly from the courier company's website.

All orders take 1 to 3 business days to be delivered.

MORE SPECIFICALLY:
  • -If the order is completed by 12:00 noon of the previous business day, it will be delivered within the next business day for deliveries within Attica and large urban centers and by the following day for the rest of Greece.
  • -If the order is completed after 12:00 noon of the previous working day, it will be delivered within the next 2 working days for deliveries within Attica and major urban centers and within the next 3 working days for the rest of Greece.
  • Whilst committing on our part to make every possible effort for the fastest delivery of your orders, we would like to inform you that the possible involvement of unpredictable factors such as strikes, bad weather at sea, delays of transport companies, reasons of force majeure, etc. may cause a delay in the delivery of the order.

ORDER TRACKING

Our Company gives you the ability to have full information on the status of preparation and dispatch of the orders. You can visit the member website if you have placed the order as a registered user and check its status as well as be informed by the shipping number (tracking number) of the cooperating transport companies about where it is, through the "order tracking" page ” within your account.

In the event that you completed your order through the "quick checkout" you will be sent an informative email with the status of the shipment and the tracking number so that you can follow the progress of the delivery through the website of the cooperating courier company .
